Michael has been involved in sport and physical activity from early childhood. His passion for personal training began whilst enlisted in the Royal Australian Air-Force.
Michael specialises in strength & conditioning training; the form of exercise which emphasises on building the strength, size and endurance of skeletal muscles.
Using his knowledge of strength & conditioning, Michael designs personalised training programs that aid the enhancement of confidence within each individual. This confidence transfers into their training in such a way that weight loss and body transformation become the secondary benefit of the life changing mental transformation his clients go through.
Michael is passionate, driven and always welcoming. You will find him on the gym floor training himself and others.
