In the industry for 20+ years, I started my fitness journey as a 14yo through running which escalated to increasing muscle mass while maintaining cardiovascular fitness.


I spent 9 years in the Australian Army, performing multiple combat rolls, a unit PTI and two trades (Electrician and Refrigeration Mechanic). I am well versed in balancing a high level of fitness with a busy, high – paced workday as a tradie.


I provide custom training programs for busy work-life balance. My training will make the most of the time you have to invest in your body and tailoring your program to suit your needs and goals.


Although I strive to get the best out of my clients, I love to make sessions fun and enjoyable as it’s important to enjoy the process.


When I am not in the gym training myself, or working with clients, you will find me rebuilding road, race or dirt bikes, as motorbikes are my second passion.
