Emily has been working as a personal trainer since 2014 and has a wide variety of exercise skills to share with her clients in order to help them achieve their goals.
She is able to tailor training and nutritional programs to her clients based on what they want to achieve whether that’s weight loss, muscle gain, toning up or just to simply get fitter!
You will often see Emily putting her clients through extremely challenging workouts but will always be there to have a laugh with.
She believes that training doesn’t have to be all painful and gruelling but can be fun and enjoyable.One of Emily’s hobbies is competing in fitness competitions through different federations such as IFBB, ICN & ANB.
She now has 9 competitions under her belt and has managed to place top 5 in each show. Since January 2016 she has coached 8 clients into their own fitness competitions s and in total they have walked away with 5 x 1st places,
1 x 2nd place, 3 x 4th places and 2 x 5th places.
