Karim has been involved in sports and martial arts from
early childhood. He has a wide variety of exercise prescription skills to aid individuals
achieve their fitness and body composition goals.
Karim is able to identify areas for improvements and tailor training
programs to meet his client’s goals and needs in relation to strength or muscle
gains, weight loss and improved fitness. Karim also has an in depth
understanding of nutrition and its relationship with optimal performance and
outcomes. He has a strong passion to seek transformations and success in all
aspects of his client’s lives, empowering them to be 1% better each day.
You will either see Karim training himself or others on the
gym floor, always happy to give a helping hand and advice to those in need.
